In a fertile and healthy earth, Madonna delle Vittorie cultivates 26 hectares of Guyot system vineyards and produces fresh and fruity white wines, harmonious and fragrant red wines and a selection of excellent sparkling wines, including the famous Brut Trento DOC Metodo Classico. The area surrounding the lake is a suitable area for growing grapes, not only for the variety of soils and for the mild microclimate, but also for the beneficial influence of some of local air currents. Thanks to its particularly mild, sub-mediterranean microclimate, the Trentino shore of Lake Garda is the northernmost region in Europe to allow for the growth and cultivation of olive trees. Our olives are harvested in early November and are immediately cold pressed during the same day. Doing so, we can produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil, which is characterized by its fruity and slightly sharp notes. www.madonnadellevittorie.it
